Standard in-stock merchandise purchased through Siekon Energy may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the product. You will receive a refund or credit towards your account, provided the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in new and resalable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. For returns that are not caused by quality problems or delivery problems, you need to afford the shipping costs for all returns.

Please note that they will not accept returns with personalized and modified products as it voids their warranty policy. Any personalized and modified products and returns without original packaging will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
