TAPATA accepts all major Debit/Credit cards and Paypal.

TAPATA ships within the US only.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted into their system. They will process your order and arrange shipment within 48 hours; please allow an additional 24 hours for them to add your tracking information. They will send you an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.

Please contact their customer service as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

In normal cases, they will be able to support your cancellation within 24 hours after your order placement.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In a few cases, if the product you received is not satisfactory, after providing relevant information, you can exercise the right to return or exchange the product within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

They will notify you once they have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 72 hours.
