How can I track my order?[/]

There are several ways to check the status of online orders:

• After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a link to track your package. Click on that link to receive the estimated delivery date.

• Click the button below to look up your order by email address, order number and billing zip code.

• Log in to your Tervis account to see your most recent orders. Click on an order to access its tracking code.

• Contact Tervis Customer Care at (866) 886-2537 or customercare@tervis.com to receive an estimated delivery date.

The Tervis goal is to build and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because all orders are processed immediately, no changes can be made after you have placed your order. If you would like to add to your order, they invite you to place another one on Tervis.

You may return products with a receipt or packing slip within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the sale price and tax. After receiving returned products, it may take up to 10 days to be processed. A refund will be credited to you 5-7 days after the return is processed.
