Unless your order has a declined credit card payment, they can not change the payment method on file as your order has been submitted into their automated system.

The Knot is sorry to hear their products won't fit your needs. They normally are able to cancel your order, but it depends on the stage your order is in, they try their best to process their orders as soon as possible. Please contact customer service by email and let them know you want your order cancelled. Email customer service (info@weddingstar.com) Subject line: Urgent Cancel Order let them know your order confirmation number and that you wish to cancel.

Items must be packaged securely so that they arrive at them in the same condition as it was received. You must include the fully filled-out return form given by customer service in the box. Any returns received that are missing information or have products that are damaged will not be processed.

Returns usually take 3-5 business days to process once they have received the return. Once processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method used to purchase the order. Once they issue a refund you will get an email confirmation of this. Please allow an additional 3-10 days depending on your bank to have the refund appear on your statement.
