• European Shipping

Delivery to Europen Union countries (including Switzerland and Norway) takes 3-5 business days via PPL.

• America, Asia, Africa Shipping

They ship using the professionals at TNT Worldwide Express or FedEx. Duties and customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

• Russian Shipping

For their Russian customers, they use Boxberry to ship either door-to-door or to one of 1500 delivery/collection points across Russia.

Any defects caused by normal use. This includes things like broken stitches, rivet defect or loss, broken zippers, and any general hardware defects.

Leather stains caused by water, beer, wine, sweat, or any other liquid. Any damage to the leather or lining caused by sharp objects or surfaces. For example, scratches by nails, keys, pens, or any sharp objects. If you accidentally damage the leather of your piece, they are happy to help you to revitalize it, but this service is not free of charge.

If anything goes wrong, please call them to get a UPS number and they will ship your Tlusty & Co. leather good free of charge to their address. If the defect is covered under warranty, they will fix it and get is back to you ASAP! If something isn't covered under warranty, they will call you to discuss any costs and make a suitable arrangement for you.

All products presented on this website are made to custom order. Thus the order can be canceled only within 3 days from posting the order. If the order was paid by you, they will refund the payment back to you. After three days the order cannot be canceled, they will produce the product and ship to you as ordered.

Products made to order

For products made to Your order, you can cancel the order 3 days from the date of order. For finished and delivered products they do refunds only if the delivered product is not done properly, or other than ordered.

Ready-made goods

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
