Tones ships within the US only.
They offer three shipping options: economy shipping, express shipping, and priority shipping. For economy shipping, please allow up to 7 business days from when your order is shipped.
They offer three shipping rates on all orders: economy shipping at $7, express shipping at $20, and priority shipping at $30. All orders of $120+ ship for free via economy shipping.
Upon shipment, you can track your order with the link provided in the email confirmation. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packed and shipped from their warehouse.
All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. A $7 return shipping fee will apply.
Products must be returned unworn and unwashed in their original condition. They reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria above.
Depending on your banking institution, processing of your refund may take up to 2 business days.
