treStiQue accepts VISA, Mastercard, America Express, Discover Card, Amazon Pay and PayPal.

When will my order ship?

If an order is placed before 8:00 AM EST it will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders submitted after 8:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the next day. Please keep in mind that if you order after 8:00 AM EST, it can add one day to your shipping time. Their shipment centre is closed on Saturday and Sunday and U.S. national holidays. Any orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed & shipped out the following Monday. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number.

How can I track my order?

What are the taxes and duties for international orders?

Taxes and duties may be applied depending on the rates charged by your country. Those taxes and duties are not collected by treStiQue and therefore, when applicable, will be collected from you when you receive your order. You can check your specific tax and duty rates

How can I start an exchange or return?

They accept FREE exchanges + returns 30 days from the date of purchase. For a limited time, they have extended their policy to 60 days. Please visit their returns portal and submit your 5-digit order confirmation number + email to receive a prepaid shipping label. Simply select the items you wish to return or exchange, add the reasoning, and finally choose if you would like to receive store credit or your refund in the form of the original payment method. They do not offer returns for international orders at this time. If you need to exchange more than once, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipping after the first time complimentary return label.

Can I do a partial return for routines?

Yes! If you purchased a routine and love some items but not all, not to worry! You can do a partial return for a partial refund. If you did Try Before You Buy, they will adjust the payment so that you are only charged on the 30th day for the items you decided to keep!

When can I expect my refund?

They aim to process exchanges/returns within 5 business days of receiving the returned items.
