treStiQue accepts VISA, Mastercard, America Express, Discover Card, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
If an order is placed before 8:00 AM EST it will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders submitted after 8:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the next day. Please keep in mind that if you order after 8:00 AM EST, it can add one day to your shipping time. Their shipment centre is closed on Saturday and Sunday and U.S. national holidays. Any orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed & shipped out the following Monday. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number.
You should receive tracking information via the email address you provided within one business day. If you donβt receive an email, you can log in to your account to access more information.

They accept FREE exchanges + returns 30 days from the date of purchase. For a limited time, they have extended their policy to 60 days. Please visit their returns portal and submit your 5-digit order confirmation number + email to receive a prepaid shipping label. Simply select the items you wish to return or exchange, add the reasoning, and finally choose if you would like to receive store credit or your refund in the form of the original payment method. They do not offer returns for international orders at this time. If you need to exchange more than once, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipping after the first time complimentary return label.
Yes! If you purchased a routine and love some items but not all, not to worry! You can do a partial return for a partial refund. If you did Try Before You Buy, they will adjust the payment so that you are only charged on the 30th day for the items you decided to keep!
