Xula ships within the USA.

Xula accepts returns for unopened products within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please note that products must be both unused and in their original packaging.

They do not offer any form of money-back guarantee as CBD products affect everyone differently. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to them at hola@xula.us with as much detail on why you would like to return the opened product. Under certain circumstances, they can provide refunds in the form of store credit.

Once your return request is accepted, they will provide you with their return label and its fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for the products being returned.

Please reach out to hola@xula.us as soon as you realize the item has been damaged during shipping. Please include your order number, a full description of the damage, and, if possible, photos in your email.

Damage claims must be made within the first 72 hours of receiving the product. They will attempt to correct the issue by providing a replacement or refund for the damaged items if the claim is approved.

Your order cannot be canceled after being placed but it is possible to return unopened items for a full refund. Keep in mind that, as a customer, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
