ZENTS accepts returns for unopened, unused items within 15 days of receipt of your order. They cannot refund shipping unless an error was made by their processing team. What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your products were damaged during shipment, please save the box and its contents, take pictures of the damage and contact them at customerservice@zents.com. They will contact the carrier and your damaged products will be replaced.
