ZENTS accepts returns for unopened, unused items within 15 days of receipt of your order. They cannot refund shipping unless an error was made by their processing team. If your products were damaged during shipment, please save the box and its contents, take pictures of the damage and contact them at customerservice@zents.com. They will contact the carrier and your damaged products will be replaced.
