Basic Jane ships within the US.

How long will it take my order to deliver?

All products will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the order. Packages are shipped standard USPS.

What is your return policy?

Their policy is that due to the nature of our products (personal care), they will not accept returns. The only exception to their policy is for goods damaged in shipping. If your product has been damaged in shipping, please notify them within 5 days of the item being delivered to be eligible for the return.

Can I cancel my order?

They attempt to process their orders quickly. Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. After the 4-hour window, orders can not be cancelled.
