To change your billing information, visit PROFILE & PAYMENT on your account page. Under “Billing,” select “Edit” and input your updated billing information. Don’t forget to click “Save” to confirm your changes.
Once your box ships, you’ll receive an email notification from support@butcherbox.com with tracking information. To track your order, visit ORDER HISTORY on your account page. If your box has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking number provided.
ButcherBox guarantees delivery to the home address on your account when the order is first placed and when the order is retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date. Please note that they can’t guarantee delivery of an order placed using a business address. If your package is delivered to a business that is closed, the courier will not deliver the package until the following business day, and your order may defrost. Since they ship perishable products that can't be restocked or resold, they're unable to accept returns.
