All in-stock and made-to-order large furniture items (such as dressers and sofas) will be delivered by freight using EQ3's logistical partners. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow a minimum 2 - 4 weeks for in-stock large furniture items delivery and an additional 6 - 8 weeks for EQ3 custom upholstery delivery.

Orders with small furniture items and large furniture items will be combined into one shipment and may take longer to deliver. Please allow a minimum delivery time of 2 - 4 weeks for in-stock items, and a minimum of 6 - 8 weeks for EQ3 custom upholstery items. However, if you would like to have the in-stock small furniture or accessory items shipped earlier, please fill out their contact form to request a quote.

Can I have my purchase assembled?

Yes, In order to avoid the hassle of setting up your new furniture, they offer White Glove assembly service to most addresses. Simply choose this option at checkout and for a small additional charge they will deliver your furniture, set it up in your home, and remove all packaging. Please note that delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.

What do I need to return or exchange an item?

You will need the original receipt or order confirmation email. Products must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging, when possible.

Where can I return my product?

Many items can be returned to your closest EQ3 location; however, if the item is larger than a single person can carry, please contact Customer Care to help you find the appropriate location.

What product can't be returned?

All floor models, clearance merchandise, custom upholstery, commercial upholstery, COM (customer’s own material) upholstery, and items purchased at a designated outlet location are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

What about returns and exchanges of EQ3's partner brands?

If you purchased a product manufactured by one of their Partner Brands the return must include all authenticity certificates and related paperwork included in the original packaging. Custom orders from Partner Brands are considered final sale.

How do I report damaged or defective product?

Make sure to report your damaged or defective product within 7 days of receiving to Customer Care. If you believe your product is defective, please see the warranty policy for the applicable product type and what is and is not considered a defect under this policy. Issues that are not covered by warranty include (but are not limited to) fabric pilling, chenille napping, wood variation, and feather maintenance.
