Click the hanger icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page to access your closet and go to your at-home section. You will see track package under the image of every garment in your at-home section. Once you click on it, it will route you to the USPS website for tracking information.
How do I return the items? What happens if I lost a return label?
Simply place the items in the pre-paid return bag that was sent to you with your shipment. Please ensure that you put all 3 items at once in the bag, unless you have purchased them.
What do I do if my box is delayed?
If you have not received a confirmation for your box within 2-3 business days from the time you have return notified or purchased all 3 items, please contact them 24 hours a day by email at support@haverdash.com and Haverdash will respond between the hours of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM ET.
