La Colombe Coffee Roasters accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.
Does La Colombe Coffee Roasters ship internationally?
Currently, they only ship within the United States (including any U.S. State or Territory, including Puerto Rico) and Canada. If your order will be delivered in Canada, you may incur additional customs fees upon delivery.
Can items in my order be sent to multiple addresses?
La Colombe Coffee Roasters is not able to split orders between addresses; however, you can simply enter multiple orders with different shipping addresses. If you are attempting to make a large purchase (such as for a corporate event) and would like to send products to many addresses, please email their Client Service team at help@lacolombe.com. They can offer simple options to complete your request timely.
When will my order ship?
La Colombe Coffee Roasters takes pride in their shipping teams and their ability to get coffee in your hands quickly. Most orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped out the same day (or the next business day, if a weekend or holiday). However, it may take up to three (3) business days to ship out your order during higher-volume periods.
What is the return policy?
If you have any issues with or simply do not like the coffee they sent you, no worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee at home, you have two (2) weeks to let them know and initiate a return. If you didnβt enjoy it, send back the undesired product in its original packaging and weβll ship you another coffee of your choice (same value or less).
