Their delivery time begins from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. They will send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is packed. This email contains the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.

They accept full responsibility for products that are defective due to incorrect packaging or obvious damage upon arrival or during transit. Please inspect the packaging when you receive the goods. If you find any damage, document it when you sign for it. If the items within the package are damaged upon arrival, please send photos to cs@maceratingflo.com, and they will handle the insurance claim on your behalf.

They are happy to accept all returns of new, unused items within 30 days of delivery, excluding final sale items. All returned items must be in resalable condition, which means they must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, and undamaged.

Customers will be refunded the purchase price of the item, including applicable taxes, less any discounts and/or shipping charges provided. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
