All orders are processed as they are placed. Retail orders are filled as quickly as is possible, allowing for fabric availability. Most orders ship from their warehouse within 1 day from when they are placed. The average production time for custom orders is 1-2 business days. Occasionally, orders are shipped earlier or later than expected.
SheetWorld stands behind the quality of the items they sell. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any item you purchase, you can return it to them within 30 days. Simply email them requesting an RA and you can return it to them for a full refund minus original shipping charges. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed for all returns received without original packaging and that are not in original condition. Custom orders, once completed, are not returnable and not refundable.
