Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving. Merchandise returned or received after 30 days of delivery must be approved by Softwear and will only qualify for store credit. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Tags MUST be attached to the garment in order to receive a refund otherwise store credit will be given. Merchandise must be wrapped in something prior to being placed in a mailer.
