What if I receive a defective merchandise?

What if I received a damaged item?

Please do not let the driver leave until the product has been inspected. If you discover damage refuse the shipment and note any damage on the shipping invoice. In the rare cases of damage, HiDEF Lifestyle will ship out a replacement to you. Due to changes in the shipping industry, they cannot take damaged product back once accepted and signed for by the customer.

What is the cancellation policy?

HiDEF Lifestyle offers risk-free preorders. They always strive to bring you the latest products first, by doing so they often have a large number of preorders prior to the items release date. By pre-ordering you are assured a place in the line when the product is released. They never charge any credits cards until the item is being prepared for shipment. You are always free to cancel a preorder or any order prior to shipping without incurring any charge.

What is the return policy?

All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging & include all accessories that shipped with the item. A Return Authorization must be obtained prior to shipping the merchandise back to HiDEF Lifestyle. You must contact their returns department via email at returns@hideflifestyle.com or by phone at 800-663-4133 extension 2 within 60 days of merchandise receipt to obtain a return authorization number.
