What is your refund policy and request a refund?
They offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products unless otherwise specified. Memory and processors carry a 7-day money-back guarantee, and other items may have limited return policies and are specified in their return policies. All shipping charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any non-defective products (excludes jewelry in original condition, see below).
