As soon as they have received the purchase amount, they will start with your order. Sneakersenzo do their best to deliver as soon as possible.

If the order is sent by parcel post, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace code.

If you want to cancel an order, they ask you to let them know by email as soon as possible. State the order number here. They will confirm your request by e-mail. If the order has not yet been shipped, they will refund the purchase amount if you have already paid this. Only if the order has not yet been shipped, Sneakersenzo will also credit you for any shipping costs. If the order has already been shipped, they will refund the purchase amount as soon as they have received the item (s) back.

Despite all efforts on their part, it can, of course, happen that something goes wrong with the processing of the order or that something is wrong with the purchased item. If you have not received your package, please contact them within 3 days so that they can do an investigation. After these 3 days, an investigation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Sneakersenzo do everything they can to inform you about the articles via their website. If an item nevertheless does not meet your expectations, it can of course be returned. However, some conditions apply to returns that are stated on the exchange /return page.

If your product breaks within the warranty period and it is a manufacturing defect, the repair is completely free. They give a six-month warranty on all their products. Do you have a complaint: send an email to info@sneakersenzo.nl. They will then contact you as soon as possible and try to find a solution together. Incorrectly delivered items will be exchanged if possible (at their expense) or refunded if no longer available.
