All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of a successful payment unless notified otherwise. Due to their shipping methods, they do not ship orders after 2 PM EST or on Saturdays and Sundays.
All orders are shipped from their distribution center in Ticonderoga New York (as of 2/15/2023) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The shipping charges seen on your order are the actual costs they are charged by their shipping providers and are based on the shipment weight and box sizes of your order. When checking out, please provide them with a valid street address.
All merchandise is carefully inspected before shipment. Although they meticulously seal, bubble, and insult their packages, rare occurrences of damage can occur. In this instance, please keep the original packaging intact and email them via their Support Center for claim instructions OR follow the procedures on the enclosed return form included in your package.
They gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date. All items returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping) to their original form of payment. If the return is a result of an error on our end, please notify them by email or phone within 5 business days of receiving the receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
