Orders of $45 or more are eligible for free Standard Shipping. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
They know your products are important to you and your family. If there is an issue with your order, please let them know immediately. You can reach out to their Customer Care Team, who will gladly assist you. Please email them at care@hylands.com.
For any damaged products, they will send a replacement product at no charge (please note that they do not issue refunds for damaged products).
For any unopened products that are no longer desired, they charge a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of the unwanted product and will refund you the remaining balance.
All requests need authorization by their Customer Care Team and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
